He is also a qualified Insolvency Professional, an accredited Arbitrator and Mediator empanelled with the Madras High Court, IIAC and ICA. He carries with him more than three decades of rich experience in the areas of Companies Act, Audit and taxation, fund raising, capital markets regulations, business management, business strategy development etc., He is also a Whole-time Director on the Board of R S G D Insolvency Professionals Services Private Limited and the Proprietor of R. Balachandran & Co., Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Amber Bansal is the Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He is also a Member of the Promoter Group. He brings extensive experience from his tenure at KPMG, London and KPMG, Gurgaon, offering broad and in-depth expertise to the Board.
